and courtesy of you and your crew. The paint looks great in each room. Thanks for making
multiple visits to the house and
spending hours of your time with us to help us selecting the right paint color and (right
combinations of colors) for the walls and the ceilings in each room. We also appreciate your
daily visits during the 8-day long house
painting project, not only to check with the crew but also to make
sure that everything was to our satisfaction. You even helped us to point-out some of the
finished areas that needed rework and refinish - it was not only us being happy, but you
yourself wanted to be satisfied with the quality of work. And above all, your price quote was

The Sherwin Williams stain you recommended is of a much better
quality that what was on the house before. It's clear that this product will be very durable and
was applied correctly. (The way the team did the actual work was commented on by my very picky
neighbor, she is the one who asked them for your business cards.) The day they completed the job I
brought home new flood lamps (they had taken them out of the fixture behind the house while
painting) and even though they were cleaned
and packed up, one of the guys unloaded a ladder to take out the old and put in the new for me.
They also did the lamps on the front fixture, too! Your team was very professional and hardworking
and did an excellent job with the house
painting & staining and replacement work needed with the siding. Plus
you yourself are very responsive to requests and so easy to work with. You returned calls and
emails in a timely fashion, and that level of customer service is greatly appreciated and hard to
find these days. I'm so impressed with the quality of workmanship
that was performed on my house, and I've been hearing comments from my neighbors
about how hard working and neat they were while here doing the job. I'll be forwarding your contact

Richard Nelson did an excellent job on a house he recently renovated
for me. He not only painted the entire house, he framed in our basement, did extensive sheet-rock
work, built shelves, repaired stairs, built a new hand rail leading into the basement, waterproofed
my basement, buried some type of corrugated pipe around the foundation of my house to divert the
water away from the foundation of the house, put all new carpeting in the house, did extensive tile
work in the bathroom area, and MORE! Is there anything this guy can't do? His wife also did a
fantastic clean up job after the job was completed! What a team! He is presently working on another
rental for me located in ATCO subdivision in Cartersville, GA. And you better believe WE ARE NOT
LETTING THIS GUY GO!! When he finishes that job, I will have another house for him to start on. He
is the best painting contractor I have
ever had, and I am very sincere when I say that! My husband has been in the rental business for the
past 35 years and he thinks Richard's work is GREAT! P.S. OUR BASEMENT IS DRY!!! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE
AND NOW IT'S COMPLETELY DRY after all the Georgia flooding. How great is that? He's pretty close to
perfection in my book.

I got 4 estimates for a rental house
painting make over, including interior
painting / exterior
painting, roofing, carpentry, re-fixturing bathrooms, and final clean-up. One
Man and a Brush did it all, at a fair price. Two estimates were much too high, and 2 were
reasonable. I chose Richard and his crew because he understood what I wanted, and did not try to
charge for every nit-picking item or job that needed to be done. I wanted to fix up the house to
sell, and his crew did it all at a fair price, quickly and without problems. It seems these days
house painting contractors want to rip you off with
one time jobs, or else nickel and dime you to death over details. Not so with Richard and his
crew. I have been searching for years for an honest and competent handyman service to help me with rental property,
finally found the right company. I give highest ratings, 5 stars, to One Man and a Brush.
